Booking & Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other partners.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- 30 days or more before departure: Up to 90% refund of the booking amount.
- 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before departure: Up to 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.
Non-Refundable Services
The following may be non-refundable:
- Flight tickets
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Hotel bookings under non-refundable offers
- Special event or seasonal bookings
Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.
Changes by the Company
In rare situations where a tour is cancelled by Vacation for Creation due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:
- An alternative tour/package, or
- A partial/full refund depending on the situation
No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Unused services
- Early departures
- Missed activities or transportation caused by the traveler
